Technical Support Engineer

Overview
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, optimize their configurations, and maximize the value they get from our cloud computing platform.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Identify common issues and work with product and engineering teams on improvements
- Provide onboarding and training support for new customers
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical customer support
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in cloud computing
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and approach
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- BS in a technical field or equivalent experience
