Co-founder and Chief Business Officer

Overview

Nubis is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join as a Co-founder and Chief Business Officer. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategies. As a key member of the founding team, you'll help shape the company's vision, culture, and future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's business development and partnership strategy
• Lead sales efforts and build relationships with key enterprise customers
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
• Represent the company at industry events and with potential investors
• Collaborate with the CEO and other founders on company strategy and fundraising
• Build and lead the business development, sales, and marketing teams
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features
• Help shape company culture and values as a member of the founding team

Requirements

• 7+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience in technology
• Proven track record of building and scaling B2B relationships
• Experience in cloud computing, enterprise software, or related industries
• Strong network in the technology ecosystem
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment
• Previous startup experience, preferably in founder or early leadership roles
• MBA or equivalent experience
