Chief Financial Officer

Overview

Nubis is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll help shape company strategy and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
• Lead financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
• Optimize cash flow and resource allocation
• Build and mentor the finance team
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and board of directors

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies, preferably with a background in cloud computing
• Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and strategic financial management
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets
• Track record of scaling financial operations in high-growth companies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualification
• Experience with M&A and corporate development activities is a plus
